Most wanted online shops

sobu, the new online service launched by Post CH Ltd, is on the lookout for Switerland’s favourite online shop. Apply now and stand to win CHF 5,000.

What you have to do: upload the logo of your online shop on the Facebook page of sobu.ch between 10. April and 31. December 2013. Users will vote for their favourite shops between 1. and 31. January 2014. The online shop with the most votes will win and receive the shop’s connection costs worth CHF 5,000.

Prizes for the winning shops

First place: CHF 5,000
sobu will give the shop with the most votes the chance to connect to sobu free of charge

Second place: CHF 2,000
The shop in second place will receive a CHF 2,000 reduction on its connection costs.

Third place: CHF 1,000
sobu.ch will grant the bronze-winning shop a CHF 1,000 reduction on its connection costs.

Participation conditions

By publishing its logo on the Facebook page of sobu.ch, the online shop accepts the following participation conditions.

Operators of online shops established in Switzerland who wish to connect to the online platform sobu.ch and are not yet connected to sobu as at 10 April 2013 are eligible to participate. The deadline for entries is 31. December 2013. Users will decide on the three winning online shops between 1. and 31. January 2014. The winning shops will be informed in writing in February 2014. The amounts will not be paid out to the winners!
The uploaded shops and the competition will be monitored by Post CH Ltd’s Online Team. Post CH Ltd is entitled to disallow individual shops from participating in the competition.

Post CH Ltd is entitled at any time to terminate the competition early or, in the event of reasonable grounds to suspect manipulation, to exclude a participating online shop from the competition or refrain from counting manipulated votes.

Insofar as legally permissible, Post CH Ltd excludes any liability in connection with this competition.

No correspondence will be entered into regarding the competition. The sole place of jurisdiction is Berne. Swiss Law is exclusively applicable.
